I specialise in selling residential property in the inner southern suburbs, in particular, Annerley, Moorooka, Fairfield, Yeronga, Yeerongpilly, Tarragindi, Dutton Park, East Brisbane, Wooloongabba, Highgate Hill, West End and surrounding suburbs. Having lived in Annerley on the border of Annerley & Dutton Park for the last 27 years I have a good working knowledge of Brisbane’s inner southside. I know what the area offers it’s residents –close proximity to the city, easy access to northern & southern freeways, 3 major hospitals, cafes, restaurants, shops, the river and parklands along with a great selection of schools and other amenities & transport.

I have a strong sales background having spent over 30 years working in real estate and the corporate sector. My business background combines well with my practical experience in real estate.

My “hands-on” experience designing advertising and marketing programmes means I can plan a campaign for your property that will attract the maximum number of potential buyers. I also have formal marketing qualifications which complement the “hands-on” experience. My sales record speaks for itself.

My love of real estate came from my grandparents, who owned investment properties. They were great role models, engendering a keen interest in real estate in me from a very early age. I walk my talk, having bought and sold property and having owned a number of investment properties over the years. This experience allows me to understand intimately what you require when you sell or purchase your most important asset.

I have renovated a number of homes and also studied Interior Design. This has given me an insight into how you can maximise the appeal of your home to potential buyers. I also use the services of “stylists” who hire furniture and accessories to create maximum visual & “wow” appeal if your property is unfurnished or needs additional furniture or accessories. Another tool I am currently using is “virtual furniture” where an empty house is “furnished” using photos with digitally enhanced furniture…all to maximise the appeal of your home to potential buyers.

“A picture speaks louder than 1,000 words” I have always believed this I always aim to get the best photos of your property as I can once your home is ready to be put on the market. For over 9 years, the length of my real estate career I have used that same professional photographer who has 25 years real estate photography & advertising expertise to showcase my properties.

I firmly believe that the key to success in real estate is marketing, superior customer service, regular feedback, through follow-up and careful consideration when giving advice to clients buying or selling real estate.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, doing home renovations, sailing, playing tennis or travelling.
